Our keynote speaker, Denise Ryan, will deliver a dynamic and entertaining session titled “How to Communicate with Everyone Who Isn’t You.” In a world where miscommunication can derail relationships, teams, and progress, Denise brings humor, clarity, and practical tools to help you better understand—and work with—people who think, communicate, and behave differently than you do. Attendees will explore common barriers to communication, discover their own communication style through an interactive quiz, and learn actionable strategies to build stronger connections both personally and professionally. People won’t stop being different—but you’ll leave better equipped to understand them.

About the Keynote Speaker: Denise Ryan
Based just outside Raleigh, North Carolina, Denise Ryan is a professional speaker who describes herself as a “motivational pyromaniac”—and for good reason. Her infectious energy, quick wit, and enthusiasm have a way of lighting up every room she enters. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina with a master’s degree in business, Denise blends expertise with storytelling to ignite fresh thinking, meaningful dialogue, and lasting impact.
