Mastro Homes Real Estate is a family-owned real estate team founded by husband-and-wife duo Yandry and Jovanny Mastromihalis, operating under eXp Realty. Originally from New York, they have called North Carolina home for over a decade and built their business with a strong focus on community involvement and connection. Serving Raleigh and the greater Triangle area, Mastro Homes specializes in relocation, new construction, and supporting clients coordinating moves from a distance.

After years of helping clients through nonprofit housing programs, Yandry decided to become a licensed real estate agent during COVID. Since then, she has grown into one of the top-producing agents in the county. With a background in psychology, Yandry is known for her strategic, calm, and highly effective negotiation style. In 2024, her husband Jovanny joined the business, bringing a construction background that complements Yandry’s leadership and client advocacy. Together, they intentionally launched Mastro Homes to build more than a real estate team. Their mission is to connect people, strengthen community relationships, and lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
